  • Exceed the stated API rate limits or scrape the platform in an unauthorized, high-frequency manner.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sub-license datasets as standalone products without verification or explicit commercial agreement.
  • Use the datasets for any unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable international data privacy guidelines.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

All datasets and cloud notebook scripts are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the completeness, chronological accuracy, or financial suitability of any data for active trading or live investment decisions. Any decisions made based on our datasets are at your own discretion and risk.

4. Platform Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, or block access to the dataset index for users who engage in abusive system queries, security bypasses, or violate our data usage agreements.
